Hargeisa – (warsoor) – Dr. Sa’ad Ali was not seen on front-seats of parliament houses during the president approval deal speech.
The ministry was active members of protecting and advancing military deal over the past months.
Some news says, Dr. Sa’ad Ali, the ministry of foreign affairs proposes his resignation, because of fully agreed the terms of the contract, but some his traditional leaders enforced him not to submit his letter of resignation to the president.
The ministry of foreign affairs has not spoken so far the case.
